Credit Score Needed for a Limited Brand Store Credit Card
The Limited Brand Credit Card comes in two versions, The Limited Brand Classic credit card, and The Couture Card. Both cards are administered by Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB) for customers of the apparel store, the first of which opened in Ohio in 1963. The store has grown to include well known names such as Victoria’s Secret, Abercrombie & Fitch, Bath & Body Works, Lane Bryant, and New York & Co under their corporate umbrella.
As they have over 200 stores around the country as well as an online presence, it can be worth having a The Limited Brand Credit Card.
The Limited Brand is especially popular among young professional women, who enjoy shopping for quality items at good prices. The store offers value for money no doubt, but what about their credit cards? As previously mentioned, there are two cards offered by this company. The Limited Brand Classic Card is offered to first time applicants. Generally credit scores in the upper 600’s and above are needed for approval, though not necessary, as other factors are considered in the application process. If you spend $800 annually, you can then upgrade to The Limited Couture Card.
Both cards earn you rewards points. The Classic gets you one point per dollar spent, with $15 rewarded from every $300 you spend, with the couture Card it takes only 250 points to receive your $15 reward. The catch with the Couture Card however is that; you must continue to spend $800 per year to retain it, otherwise you are dropped back down to the Classic level. The APR is the standard 24.99% with more charged on overdue amounts. Keeping your balance at zero by paying it off completely however will keep you from having to pay such high rates.
The Limited Brand Cards both have other perks attached such as discounts during your birthday month, card holder only offers and discounts, and a free hemming service for any regular priced pants you may purchase. The couture Card offers you free shipping on one gift pert year and an exclusive customer support line. If you like their clothes, it’s worth getting a The Limited credit card, but only if you keep your balance clear every month.
Average Approved Credit Score for the Limited Brand Store Credit Card is 633.
